Hi! I am not sure what you mean. I have the pool. I need the ground to be dug up and the pool installed completely. Thanks!

You want a above ground pool half in so you don't get hammered for additional tax for no good reason..

I have a guy, i gotta find his number..

Technically called the "semi-inground", or in the pool industry, the "poormans inground".
An above ground pool partially buried in the ground, the depth of which is determined by the grade and quality of the pool manufacturer. Be very sure that your particular model can withstand burial. Some can withstand burial of a few feet, some will collapse under as little as 1 foot.
