This in no way affects my QOL. I would like to sue for at least 10 million for pain and suffering.

Can I sue?

Talking Poops and Farts

What's your neighbor done? It will cost you $210 to commence an action in Supreme Court, and then you've got the costs of serving the neighbor (you can't do it yourself), and if it's a frivolous action the Court may require you to pay the neighbor's legal fees.

If you decide to sue, though, give me a call...because any lawyer will take a case.

NY courts are not big on giving pain and suffering awards. I would suggest you move to another state and find a new neighbor to sue.

Why so little? Your agony has now affected my mind set. I need two weeks off like the teachers of Wisconsin for pain and suffering. Plus, I need your information so I can sue your neighbor for this thread

Sure, this is Long Island. Telling other people how to live their lives and making their life a living hell when they don't follow our vision of the world is just the way we roll. Injunctions incoming
