I believe that Rocky Point is the best deal on long island. The area is peaceful, you are close to the beach. You would never want to leave this place. Rocky Point is mixed with teachers, surgeons, and highly-educated people. It is also very family-orientated. The schools in Rocky Point are the best in Long Island. They are better than any other district you could think of. Another unique item is that it is near Stony Brook University. I highly recommend this place.

Um that may be wrong

Side-by-Side City Comparison

Sayville: a little better
Bay/Blue: Close
E. Moriches :about as good as South Manor but better than Wm Floyd.

For a little working class town Rocky Point Schools are really really good and they do it on a tight budget.
Just ask a parent.
