The houses I know in H, M. S had cesspools. If B has them I stand corrected.

I looked at a few houses in the M section - all had sewers. Can't remember about the B or H sections.
I also looked at 1 house in the S section - it had a cesspool (not sure about the rest of the development). The house I saw was on Seville (didn't get it, as it was falling apart).
The only other area I saw with sewers out here (if I remember correctly) was New England Village in Holbrook.

That makes perfect sense Brian since it runs between the B and P.
They've probably tied in in lieu of replacing the old pools.
That was built in the mid 80s and expanded again in the 90s.

When they started adding little sidestreets to these areas they started doing underground wiring for cable, electric, and telephone. This is when they also started going away from cesspools and more towards sewers. It was also a re-occurring charge they could hit people for. I noticed it alot in the mid to late 90's. If you ever see green flat (like trap door) vaults or pedestals (that stick up); those are the underground utilities.

Does anyone here live in the b section? I'm guessing that there isn't some sort of community website like the S-section has? I'm also noticing the H section at least has an "I grew up in the Hsection" facebook page, as does the S. B has nothing! Is there block partys in the summer? anything?

I remember all the the Strathmores being friendly.
I think the B held up very well of the lot.
You're fine there. Only thing that sucks is the lack of basements.
I will say this....theyre not quite the blue collar neighborhoods that they were 20-30 years ago(but theres still plenty of working class folks) but Im sure you could find a party or two, still ride a quad down the street in the snow or play hockey without too many complaints.
Enjoy.

The "B" section is fine and very convenient. Less renouned than the "S" section, but still a solid place to live. Nice homes, nice area.
