Best playgrounds in suffolk?
I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 7 year old. I am always on the lookout for fun places to bring them. Just curious if anyone has suggestions.

Suffolk is a huge place. Can you centralize your location a little more?

In the village of Northport there is a great playground by the water.
Also on Bellerose ave in East Northport by the school is a brand new playground ; I can just imagine how much it cost as it is fantastic.

Foster Avenue in Sayville is nice and on the water. Theres a couple on Lake Ronkonkoma too, some better than others, but all pretty nice. I heard theres some sort of Sprinkler park down near you somewhere?

We like:
Northport Village park
either of the parks at Lake Ronkonkoma...I prefer the one on the north side, off Smithtown Blvd.
Hecksher Park in Huntington
Holtsville Ecology park...though I believe there may be some construction/renovations going on there

I take my son to Fleet's Cove Beach, more because of the scenery. It's right on the beach so you can swim and play on the playground.

3 Very Good Choices. I would put Mount Sinai first though.
