Had a termite inspection when I bought my home (less than one year ago). Actually had 2 inspections (one formal, one by general inspector). No signs of termite problem, one old damaged spot outside but nothing inside, in great shape. Well the last few days we see a lot of what we believe are termites, hanging out on the side of our house and all over the pavement, grass by the foundation. Is this common for Suffolk, wooded areas, to see termites? Do I need to call the exterminator back to assess this and again, if no signs of damage inside the home do termites around the outside of your house need to be treated? And if so, how is this treated?
I would call arrow exterminating to have them check and treat the termites. Left untouched would not be a good idea. Arrow is the best IMO.
