Massapequa Diner is a solid diner.
Wantagh Diner is good as well.

I love pizza burgers at LI diners, damn good stuff

Massapequa/Peter Pan/Sayville Modern/Seaport/Hampton Bays are classic LI.

The Trackside is a cool find as are the Mineola and Mattituck.

There is one in farmingdale but I can't remember the name. I was there like 5 years ago and the food was good.
