I agree 100%. He seems to always have a problem. I remember when he got burglarized and he posted all the wrong information like he did here . I corrected him back then but it gets to a point ....why bother
Or how he got turned down for FIOS because they checked his wifes credit (not girlfiend..wife) and they wanted him to buy the boxes outright...even though the timeline he gave placed this years before FIOS came into existence...
my girlfriend was in the same exact court where the scumbags were being arraigned today. she sat right behind the victims families.

Just reposting this for those that don't know stores have the right to sue the shoplifter even if there is no police involvement.
In New York State the store has the right to sue for five times the value of the item that is stolen. The letter received is PRIOR to the suit being brought. If you don't pay it, the store could bring a civil suit against you. But in reality they will not. They want your money without having to spend more $$ going to court. The minimum is $75 and a maximum of $500.
