Looking for a House
I am looking for a house for a buyer client of mine (I am acting as a Buyer's Broker). He is looking at all communities near the Nassau/Suffolk boarder (he works in Melville). The requirements are 1) Needs to be truly mint 2) No slanted cielings (capes for example) 3) Either has an inground pool or room to put one. Price is up to $500,000. He is pre-approved, motivated, and ready to go. I see everything on MLS, but as a Buyer's Broker I am also reaching out through this forum for any For Sale By Owners. Any help would be much appreciated.
