What? You really have a problem. yes if there were 30 respectfull couples that had jobs and so forth that were different minorities and moved on my block who cares? Is it bad to have five black cops living on your street I dont think so, or how about a couple of latino bankers or doctors or whatever. Point being no I would not be comfortable living in the middle of pace park but that is a terrible area yes it is all black but they are not doctors,lawyers,cops or whatever it is a bad area and I will bet the ones that better themselves will move away. This same kind of thinking was applied when all of our ancestors came over to this country. Stay away from those greasy guinnes or the spics, mics and so on. dont marry them there not good enough for our kind. but guess what no one listened and now most people are very mixed. My niece who is a beautifull girl and I am saying she should be a model had a boyfriend white and wealthy he abused her when they were young still in high school she dumped him.thank god I did not know this at the time he was a complete a**hole anyway she is now going with a guy she met in college who is latino I forget exactly where his family is from but he is everything someone would want there daughter to marry he is respectfull he treats her like gold treats her mom and grandma like they were his own , works goes to college. I could go on but you get the picture. Anyway I hope you find this place of yours where everyone is white and by white what does that mean? I have italian irish and german in me so I guess I am not pure either so I would not fit in your world. you could find this place you are looking for way upstate maybe pulaski I used to fish there it seemed at the time it was what you want. When I first moved to this general area, downtown Bay Shore was... well, lets be charitable and say it was a dump. Yet a drive down Lawrence Lane or Garner Lane (both south of Montauk Highway) revealed the same big gorgeous upscale unaffordable homes on large lots that you will see if you go there today.

I've owned homes at various locations within the "money strip" for the past 35 years, and if anything I've seen it become less, not more, affordable. Both in house price and taxes but looking at the ratio, more so in taxes.

It may not be poor moving in but 20 to a house Indians and Koreans and Chinese. That seems all the more likely to happen.

We did that[affirmative action] because no one would ever give them the chance to better themselves. If there were equall candadates for jobs it would always go to the white guy come on you know it and so do I it still goes on in smaller companies. I guess some people still want all white baseball. forget willy mays and hank aaron. Anyway I am not stupid though I know some companies have to fill quotas and not just with minorities it is with females also and they get some jobs other people are more qualified for. But to say they dont deserve it is silly they went for it and did it they didnt sit around collecting wellfare untill someone came to them and said hey your black I am going to make you a cop or a doctor or anything else. How come there are more and more foriegn doctors is it because we said we need more minority docs I doubt it I think they did that on there own.
