Ive seen white people living in brentwood and freeport.

I said, it depends on the person and not the race since there are respectable and non-respectable people in every race. B-Wood could get a bad wave of Whites and it could remain in it's current position or even get worse; if they get a better/more progressive batch of White people than it could improve.
