We live in Levittown. I know there's an animal petting farm in Melville that I believe isn't too expensive...I don't know the name or location though. Does anyone know of any good pumpkin patches around during the fall?
Thanks!

Of course, the cost of some of these LI activities is sky high, but, as some said previously, the aggravation factor may be even worse. A few other events I am thinking about, that really just result in a major headache from all the hassle, are the Oyster Festival (who in their right mind would go to that, and ride a shuttle bus to walk around in an event so crowded that you can't even get near an oyster??), and Northport's Cow Harbor Day (which used to be fun but now also features the mile-away parking, and really serves as a podium for fall candidates).
