Good suggestion!

Dont even bother looking in Manhattens villiage its been destroyed and replaced with high end B.S. and rich weirdos.
I got stuck in the middle of some disorderly preverted Halloween parade, they blocked the whole street !
...oh I ll never forget.

All these big burley woman transexteights dressed like Rocky Horror started shooting silly string, lobbing eggs and mooning my truck windows!! ....even hung stockings on my co-phased CB antennas !
...talk about La'Pew !

Look in Williamsburg-Greenpoint area across the river, Hipsters are quite happy there, art, live music, cheap cool places to eat. They even have some of those funny coffee joint's with the chairs, sofas and pay Wifi
Its the new East Villiage !

5 Minute subway to 14th street Manhatten not far from all the modeling lofts and photographers. You wont need to buy a car and worry about parking also.
