Also, listing a house at 475K and then putting in the comments "price range 500-525K" should lead to your MLS privileges being removed.

Come on they need to make their commission somehow. Listing pictures and walking around a house is hard work. You wouldn't know.

Not quite sure why they would do that. It was probably previously listed in a "price range" and then reduced. They may have neglected to change the comments field.

That's right. I think you should give up your job and become an agent. It's like picking money off of trees.

I do think those pictures are stupid. I realize the goal is to make things look bigger but all they actually do is make things look distorted. Makes no sense.

I like when they list a property with a garage and when you go you see the garage has been converted.

I guess you should feel fortunate that they even posted pictures of something other than the front of the house. My favorite is when the property is listed as having 12 pictures on MLS, and all 12 are the same picture of the front yard from across the street. Don't get me wrong, there are some good agents out there...but man are there a lot of bad ones that don't do half the work they should be doing on behalf of their clients.

I was going to start a thread on this topic I swear.
I hate seeing those pics, Some pics, the toilet is 3 feet wide for crying out loud.

Are we to say " Oh look how how spacious that bathroom is"?

I bet you can fit 2 people on that toilet.

...or when it says the house has two bathrooms, but when you look it up through the county website it says it only has one. Well one legal one anyway.
