That's an okay area. It is West Islip. There's a Lowe's and a great shopping center (Target , Barnes & Nobles et. el. ) right up the street. It was though, for years an abandoned factory so I would just try to find out what kind of things they produced . I used to see tires stacked up there. Just for your own safety & the health of your family.

Thanks not interested in buying, just was curious as I almost bought there a while ago. Appreciate the info.
