Well, I decided it was a fine time to go to the deli and get lunch (since the 47th floor and earthquakes don't mix) and everyone was trying to make cell phone calls.
So, I'm glad we learned so much in the 10 years since 9/11 when the cell network went down. A decade later, much more usage and it still goes down from overuse. |
