Ah, yes -- Joel Rifkin. A former colleague of mine lived next door to him and for many years, Joel Rifkin mowed his lawn.

Well, that's my precarious claim to serial killer fame (besides having lived in, around, and through the David Berkowitz/Son of Sam years).
