Good point. Maybe the location wasent helping either, it is relatively out of the way.

Another nail in the already withered cofffin of LI live music. After the raunchy sports bar fails, it'll be a vacant lot and then probably resurrected as a Walgreens (with politiocs in hardhats and shovels patting themselves on the back at creating "jobs"). Ahh, the cycle of business development life on LI.

Stop the idiotic vilification of live music with "cabaret" license restrictions and lame nimbyism and maybe we'd have some stinkin' culture in this place. Ahh, who am I kidding. It's too late. Banks and check cashing stores never become live music venues. It's only the other way around.

I think it's time for a long term moratorium on banks, doctor's offices, and check cashing places.

Out of the way how? Its right on Route 110! minutes from the SSP, 10 min drive to LIE/NSP. If anything, the Crazy Donkey was an easy bar to find for non LI'ers!

I agree and what was nice is that they allowed the underage high school crowd to see live music in the afternoons. They also had young high school age bands play and it was good experience for them.
