Joye Brown editorals
Am I the only one who is fed up with her race baiting articles? All she does is slander everything this country stands for, and blame everything on racism. All her articles go like this: illegal immigrants are great and we should bow before them and give them free housing, free handouts, and let them be above the law. We should just stand back and let them trample over our country, snub our laws culture, and traditions (because we are all just evil racist White people). Oh we should also stop speaking English because the precious illegals might be offended, and all cops should be Spanish speaking too.
By the way, whatever happened to Les Payne? Joye Brown sounds just like him.

She should take a break from writing and clean up her yard.

Im glad I am not the only one. I know Newsday leans very far to the left (I mean just look at who they endorse) but this is ridiculous, the double standard reverse racism spewed by Joye Brown and Les Payne has no place in any newspaper.
I found out that Les Payne was fired several years ago which would explain why I havent seen any of this articles. I guess Joye was his replacement, she is slightly less racist than Les so I guess it's an improvement.

In my opinion she is one of the most racist "writers" working for the one of the most racist papers in the country. Yet no one says a word.

I am glad to learn that I am not alone -- the article the other day, in which she slams Theodore Rossevelt's quote...my blood boiled.
Of course she can get away with it because if any of us disagree, we're 'racists' or misogynists.

Yup, her bashing of Teddy Roosevelt - probably one of our best presidents - really got me angry. I agree 100% with Teddy's "Hyphenated American speech", many of his points remain valid today. Of course I must be a racist for agreeing with TR
This is not ment to be a threat, but these Hispanic and Minority 'community activists' (agitators?) really need to be careful about what they say. They seem to be trying to incite a violent confrontation and they have gone into non-stop overdrive since Obama took office. They know the majority of Americans don't agree with their policies which is why they keep trying to find backdoor ways to force things like amnesty, and then they use the vague threats of violence to try and force their will upon us and our elected officials. That is not the American way, we solve our disputes in courts of law and at the ballot box.
