seems like outside of NY or NJ it's hard to get a good Italian Deli. I know when my brother lived in Florida he said the Italian bread was horrible. Must be the water in Florida. My Aunts friend who opened an Italian restaurant in Florida had his bread, and cheeses shipped from Brooklyn.
