Actually, he doesn't to my knowledge.

...and yes - much to my chagrin we have become a total police state. It's not "coming" - it is here, and anyone who is bumbling on about how "its better safe than sorry" has just taken the bait hook, line, and sinker and I wish I could be as complacent as you are. The constitutionalist inside me just won't allow it.

Iv'e passed through Penn twice a day 5,6 sometimes 7 days a week and have never been searched. And I always have a backpack on.

Why don't you live outside the United States for a while before you start blathering on like your typical uninformed liberal that the US is a police state. Typical uninformed reactionary rhetoric.

Oh yeah, exactly..some government official in NYC sat there and said..lets check bags at the subways so we can let them know we can F%&k with them. Yep...that happened. Im sure.
