7-Eleven Stores is back wanting to build a new 24 hour C Store on 25A and Waterside Ave in Northport. They have conveniently waited till after election day to have a Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing on Thursday.November 17,2011.at Town Hall ,100 main st Huntington at 6 AM.
How many of these things do we need in Huntington? If they get this every old empty gas station will become a mini mart.its a shame that the town board lets down zoning go on and on. By the way the members on the Zoning Board are appointed by the Town Board.JMHO

What makes you think searching someone's past posts and relating it to the current thread, is witty?

Perhaps they should put a 7-11 in the Westwood LIRR stop and the place would finally fit in and not feel like it was dropped in from someplace else.

So you'd rather an abandoned gas station to stay rather than bring actual business?

i honestly don't know why this bothers you so much.

You'd rather an abandoned gas station as an eyesore? You're afraid of the round the clock crowds it will bring while you're sleeping?
