From your link:

Well I am not a mom but that doesn't mean I am not concerned for the welfare of other children. Did you get up on the wrong side of the bed today

Speaking as a former kid myself, I never got why some people handed out apples (or fruits of any sort). It was a giant disappointment when they dropped that in your bag! Mind you, as we grew from the cute little kid stage into the semi-tween stage, they DID prove to be useful weapons to hurl at the boys with their flour socks ...

I always hated when people handed out those little bags of candy - you always knew there was crap in there!

And remember tomorrow will be one of the busiest evenings inthe local ER for the kids. Why?...because of all the health nazis on Long Island dont want their little future Mensa member brat eating sugared candy so they feed them sugar-free made with healthy sorbitol.

Sorbitol...one of natures natural laxatives. Nothing like health centric mommies watching little jane and johnnie having projectile diarhea.
