Not yet.

But burglars don't wait outside of random houses. They would have broken in a long time ago and been gone with the stolen goods before the occupants came back.

That happens only when they are waiting for a specific somebody in order to commit a home invasion because they need the victims/occupants there to open a safe or show them the hiding places of valuables.

Not even down the Billy F in Shirley or on the Rez either.

Shirley there has not been any murders here in quite a while. I can vouche for that, but Crooks even I would take Pequa over RP or Shirley. Difference between me and you is that we both live out here only I admit It is a dump.

Wish I was in CMO.

I really can't think of any others that stand out.
In most of the South Shore towns, aren't the areas generally nicer as you move away from the train, though (that's why I said that it could be relative to the rest of the town. Most of those South Shore towns are very nice, even by the train tracks)? I mean, maybe it's because the further you are from the train the closer you are to the water.

That, and you can add PJS, Inwood and Huntington Station to the list.
