Ginos in LB # 6? Terrible. Greasy, oily, overpriced pizza. I'd say Umberto's is great, though.

The only good pizza is in Brooklyn. This thread is useless.

Umberto's, yup, the best. Also like Grimaldi's in Garden City and Mama Theresa's/La Piazza.

Can't just be that I don't like it?
2 slices of pizza and a soda should not cost 10$. My plate should not be saturated with grease, either.

I can honestly say that Little Vincent's is HIGHLY overrated in Ronkonkoma. It's good that it's open til 4am but its not phenomenal pizza.

do the folks in Philly get this way about their cheesesteaks? Regardless, it's too hard to rank something like this IMO. Best to put them in tiers or groupings of similar places.
Don't forget that the folks working in the kitchen in these joints have their good days and bad days just like anyone else.

1,2, 7, 9, thumbs up (Branchinellis in Hauppauge is the same pizza Colosseo, Emilios is related to those 2 also through some divorce/family BS).
Little Vincents is very mediocre and you don't get much for your money. It's one of the closest places to where I live and I go a little further to other places that no one would even consider putting on that list. I don't get the buzz around that place.
