We have our share of Illegals(who doesnt...ok maybe Belle Terre) in Rocky Point but weve made it pretty uncomfortable to Slumlord here.
How goes the fight??

I don't know to tell you the truth. There's a couple homes that house illegals on the block next to mine, but there arent like 40 packed into one house. Just a few people living in it. I believe most of the illegal housing in holtsville is south of the expressway, off of Long Island Avenue.

Bayshore mall has got to be the worst . I dont see bayshore or shirley as being better. If you think they are better then holtzville you are crazy. The test walk througheach one when the sun goes down where would you feel safer? Holtsville hands down.
I also thought sound beach was always better then rocky point? just more beach bungies no?
Not really..
They have many similarites....Rocky Point has a downtown and a few upscale and private areas.
Half of Sound Beach goes to Miller Place schools.
Maybe thats what youre thinking?
Are you confusing it with Scotts Beach?
(MP Schools as well..thats BIG dollars.)
Sound Beach is pretty much all Bungalows
Rocky Point is about half Bungalows
(But theyre fading quick in both...people are bulldozing them for larger stuff...Its kinda sad.)
Rocky Point is more of a town.
Sound Beach is more of a beach area between Miller Place and Rocky Point
ahhh! That blows, I thought the bungies in sound beach were great, too bad everything allways gets ruined after awhile.
