I looked into converting about 5 years ago. At the time it was not really an available option, but I understand its more readily available now.
I spoke to this guy
Carl Vogel - Electric Motorcycles, Electric Vehicles, Green Guru Guides, EV

He's the LI guru of biofuels, I'm sure he can lead you in the right direction.

Does it need any upfront work? according to the website, it says it need no mods or retrofitting.

Sucks that most biofuel is only a 2-5% mix with traditional heating oil.

that's pretty much the catch, in order to avoid a major overhaul of an existing system the percentage of biofuel is very low. The cost at the time I looked into it was actually higher than traditional heating oil & areas that had deliveries were limited.
I also contacted this company which I believe has a larger service area now
