I just sent you a DM with the name of the local burner maintenance repairman I use as well as oil companies.

My home is a couple of hundred square feet larger, one level, 5 zones, a fireplace to supplement in one zone, I prefer a cooler house. Some of the original windows have a lot of character but are drafty. I have a teenager who believes hot showers should last upwards of 30 minutes. Reviewing my receipts, I used 1130 gallons from April 2011 through March 2012. Prices varied from low $3's to a high of $3.669/gal for approximately $4,000.00 for the year.

Who do you use for oil? Trying to get the best price possible. Mine hovers between high 3's to low 4's. No service contract
