Garden City Social Services Building (Nassau: 2014, condo, hotel)

Does anybody know the current status of the site bordered by South Rd., Washington Ave., 11th St., & County Seat Dr.?

I believe it was known as the Social Services Building and was to be changed from a public use to residential development. I haven't heard anything in several years nor been able to find anything new. The building and parking lot seem to remain mothballed, seems absurd given Nassau's budget problems and its private value for homes or offices in Garden City.

There was a condo development proposed by the company who built the Garden City hotel. For now, they are not doing anything with it.
