It is a little petty. But Forest Hills Daddy's post had me rolling with the art & Black Course reference. And who really has claim to the Hamptons? Manhattanites & Gold Coast and the wealthy in Suffolk.

Nassau & Suffolk both have good things going for them.

The one truly major downside to Suffolk is you are stuck with Autoracer9 .

Yeah the Black Course is the pride of Suffolk County's "world class" sports ... that goes to show you how many posers we get here.

Just name yourself to mislead people who don't know any better to think you might be "wealthy" or at least "upper middle class," and then you, too, can lay claim to the BEST the Hamptons has to offer! You, too, have a string of polo ponies and a multi-million dollar art collection by association! "World Class!" LOL!

I don't think Patchogue village is sketchy at all except a few blocks. Not sure of apartment rates these days...

Patchogue is the new Port Jefferson.

Sadly Port Jefferson is becoming the old Patchogue.
Sketchy is as sketchy does.

Big plans rumored to be coming to Patchogue Bowl....stay tuned.

The Patchogue bowling center has been in Patchogue since 1957 and is located across from the Patchogue train station in Patchogue. In June of 2008, we totally renovated and remodeled the former, "Patchogue 40 Lanes", into the new Bowl Long Island at Patchogue. Everything has been updated and changed...New Qubica AMF synthetic lanes, New exciting colors and furniture, Newly renovated bar and full service snack bar, full service pro shop, and 48 new flat screen LCD monitors, plus much, much, more! Come and see for yourself. Bowl Long Island at Patchogue is not only the friendliest and cleanest bowling center you'll ever visit, but it also is the nicest!
