South of old country rd. between levittown pkwy and the wantaugh. B section is east of levittown pkwy, still south of old country.

A section of Hicksville that is a part (by development, not location) of Levittown. Typically Levitt ranches built in 1950-51. All the streets begin with A.

That area should also be part of the Joint Community Hall and Swimming Pool District that includes the Levittown Park District in the Town of Hempstead and part of the Hicksville Park District in the Town of Oyster Bay.

Not bad. Levit homes, and you must know what those are. Acre is nice, and as another poster said, it is called the "A" section because all of the streets begin with the letter "A"

More convenient than most of Levittown, and IMO, nicer.

Nice area. Quiet, single family Levitts (mostly remodeled, dormered, etc). Benefit of Hicksville taxes (much lower than Levittown).

My cousin lived on Acre Ln (I think #135), sold about 5 years ago. Right off the Wantagh Pky. The houses are smaller than most. Built to provide basic housing, although the newer Levitts were a bit larger (like those in Hicksville), and have the fancy double fireplace.
