Default Nassau Electric Bill?

Hey, I'm trying to see about a monthly budget to see if I can afford to purchase a co-op in Nassau County.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment at 1,000 square feet. Heat and water are included.

About how much could I reasonably expect the electric bill to be?

Thanks for the help!

Conservative usage (gas stove/appliances) $50/mo, higher in the summer if you use AC
