I assumed it was without taxes only because the first option is 'no mortgage'.

I voted without taxes (since OBH makes sense on that one) as 1000-1500.

No mortgage. Finally paid it off last year. My brother the "financial genius" says I should have one lest my assets are not "working" for me.

And therein lies the problem of the past 5 years...those who believed their house was a financial asset to leverage instead of a place to call home.

voted WITH taxes since it's paid in there at the same time. Should clarify in the poll question or the results are useless...

There will always be taxes with or without the mortgage. There's an option which reads 'no mortgage', so it's a safe assumption that it means P&I without taxes.
