Taz Kenny is right about no skin on the fries because I saw a sink/counter where there was a pile of peeled potato skins. To the left was the metal thing they place the potato in and then they pull down the handle to slice it into fries and in it was a peeled potato just waiting to get sliced. I even took a picture with my phone but it is hard to make out the potato.

Any comments Taz?

4:30 in the afternoon? sorry, they used to cut the fries in the morning so you must have been in mcdonalds.
