I love the Wantagh Inn - great menu with a lot of Irish favorites (Shepard's Pie) and pints of Bass and/or Guiness. Very friendly staff also.

-Fifth Season in Greenport (they use fresh ingredients and change their menu every week)
-Frisky Oyster in Greenport (good food, reasonable portions)
-Pierre's in Southampton (divine french food!)
-Mama's in Oakdale (best italian place I've been too! and check out their pizza!!!)
-Le Soir (nice french food)
-Tai Show East in Oakdale (great sushi)

Love Panera and American Burger Co, for chains.
Love Laguna Grille!!!
Well Gasho we got screwed on. The hibachi chef served us last and apparently didn't calculate enough and Dh and I only got like 5 little bits of chicken when all others at the table had heaping plates. And we had even told the chef to give our shrimp to another couple at the table we didn't even know, who were served first. Yet we got the most screwed being the last ones served.
We never went back needless to say, despite the good food. And the red/pink rug freaks me out a bit.
