Default What are you doing for Valentines day?

Ok guys it's valentines day. So I have to questions.

1. Do you as adults still go crazy over Valentines day?
2. What are you doing to make sure the rest of the year goes smoothly?

1. Yes, but in a different sense. I had to fill out 60+ Valentine's cards for elementary school classes. My husband & I went out for lunch on Sunday because we work during the week.

2. No matter what we do, nothing ever goes smoothly. But, we're happy.

We went to The Lake House over in Bay Shore this past weekend instead of going out today. We both work so it is just too much to go out after work.

1) I have one of those spoiled brat spouses who needs gifts on VD in order to have one's love proven to him while I, on the other hand, prefer kind acts year round over words, cards, candy and crap.

2) See number 1.

After many years of succumbing to the demands of this holiday with flowers, candy, and all the other things, my wife bought a nice dinner for us both. No kids around, quiet, and very satisfying.
