Yup. Wed and Sat. Also, if you call ahead they sometimes have dough to make a pie for you.

I heard on the news the other day, that many people think they are allergic to Gluten -- most are not. If you really have a Doctor's diagnosis or a disease like Crohn's then that's fine. But truthfully it does seem like the latest food no-no (like carbs were some years ago).

Default allergy friendly cafe

Hey I found a wonderful gluten, soy, and 95% dairy free place!
Ms. Michelle's Urban Gourmet in Bayport.
They make sandwiches, smoothies, muffins and scones, desserts of all kinds and other yummy things. Something I love is that they cater gluten free heros along with salads!! This makes me so happy : )
