I heard on the news the other day, that many people think they are allergic to Gluten -- most are not. If you really have a Doctor's diagnosis or a disease like Crohn's then that's fine. But truthfully it does seem like the latest food no-no (like carbs were some years ago).
Do you think it's some form of trending weight loss diet? It's not a fad dude. My wife is sensitive to gluten. She's had the allergy tests to have this diagnosed. It seriously messes up her stomach if she eats it.
My friend's son suffered terribly for years seeing different doctors until one final figured to test him for a gluten allergy. He is a different person gluten-free. He looks far healthier and is much happier.
Hey I found a wonderful gluten, soy, and 95% dairy free place!
Ms. Michelle's Urban Gourmet in Bayport.
They make sandwiches, smoothies, muffins and scones, desserts of all kinds and other yummy things. Something I love is that they cater gluten free heros along with salads!! This makes me so happy : )
Well, like my Dad always said: no sense being stupid unless you get a chance to show it..........
