I honestly found LB to be nice all around....not faults like you find in other towns. Most of the houses were very nice and some charming.

Were the pictures taken recently? The ducks tend to frequent the canals during the winter/spring months.

Go to the area behind Waldbaums and you will find projects as well as housing authority homes on east broadway. Long beach has undesirable areas just like any other town.

I kinda saw some bad areas as you enter LB via the train....which takes just as long as entering Jamaica
