I always check the BBB before using any business. Since Hubby is in the auto business (wholesale end) he knows alot of repair shops that are reputable and ones that aren't.
Would you have done business with this guy if you didn't google his name?

I think I was really split 50/50 whether to go to him or not before my research.
I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Google. maybe I would have seeked advice from a family member or close friend. "hey I got a really great quote from this shop but the place was really trashy and the guy seemed really sketchy... Should I be concerned?"
I think I googled him because of my gut, which told me there was something that could potentially go wrong with this business deal, like Twingles said, I might end up shelling out more money than originally quoted for. The search of the business surfaced the guy's name, which led me to the arrest records. That's when I got concerned, and came here on C-D.
Hey, just because he has a drug problem and drives like an idiot doesn't make him a bad businessman...just sayin'
