Default Cape expansion/dormer question
I'm looking to add a rear or full dormer and a garage onto my cape in the near future. Does anyone have any recommended contractors on long island and a suggested price range? I'm not looking for anything too fancy. Just 3/4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The dimensions are 35x26'.
