* Suffolk Cesspool Service | Septic Tank Cleaning | Plumbing Services | A-1 Cesspool Sewer & Drain | Suffolk County NY
used these guys in 2010 and they were excellent. The owner's name is John and very professional. We actually had a methane gas smell in our home and did not notice it until the smell got worse. The pipes were not vented properly and everytime you dlushed or took a shower that's when the smell would come. We were constantly sick, getting pneumonia, sinus infections ect... and never thought that it could be from that awful smell. The owner came and 2 other workers and the job was done is 2 1/2 hours.Apparently the people we bought the house from had the toilet and tub venting together which I was told was not Correct or to code.

I have an excellent, reasonably priced plumber, but I can't remember his information off the top of my head. I have his card at home on my refrigerator. AAA Cesspool referred me to him if you'd like to try to give them a call and ask for a referral (that's what I did). I believe his name is John....his prices were very reasonable and he's a really nice guy. When I called AAA they gave me 2 different names and numbers.

AAA Cesspool is located in Smithtown if you need to look them up.

Sorry I can't be much more help right now.

My fiancee's uncle is a plumber. He is very fair and very honest. He does all our work for free (since I'm about to be his nephew) but I help him out, and he is very thorough with his work.

Plumber Lindenhurst, NY - Tommy

He used to work for a big company, but went off on his own a few years ago. All the clients from his old company followed him! (that says a lot by itself).

Also, last I spoke to him, he told me he has not raised his hourly rates for at least 2 years, when everyone else has. Most of his business is obtained by word of mouth - which should indicate that he does good work.

Perhaps you can do a google search for "Long Island Plumber" or "zip code plumber". You will get listings and reviews of plumbers in that area.
