If it could be shrunken down to one tenth the size, Bayside and Huntington would be fairly similar.
You may be thinking Bayside Hills by the park.
The area is beautiful and loaded with high end RE.
Id venture to say its even more expensive than Huntington.

One could absolutely draw comparisons between Bell and Wall st.
Both are fun and about the same size on the strip.

Bayside shouldve been on this list.

So where is this set in stone, god sworn fact that the North Shore is better and nicer?

Are you suggesting that your opinion is in fact 100% correct? you just said flat out I would be "wrong". How do you draw such a conclusion? it is your opinion, nothing more.

Go 'head.
Set it up at your own peril Savaged.
The "Which LI shore is more desirable, North or South?" poll.

I wouldve done it but I already know the outcome.
Its been done many times before and I'm trying to spare you the hassle.

Ill shut up if Im wrong (or even if you can just assemble a solid coalition of the turdpolish).

Set what up? I don't want to compare anything. Youre not understanding the big picture. Were you absent the day you learned about facts vs opinions in 1st grade? The only fact here is that your opinion or anyone elses opinion is not/does not make something a fact. Your maturity level is honestly shocking me this morning. Don't know why you are on the attack.

Theres no "Big Picture" just public perception Savaged.

I'm really not attacking you, I'm merely expressing a long established majority opinion.
Its been hammered to death on this board over the years, Im sorry if you missed it.

I understand you just don't like what Im saying(or being in the minority).
I was aware of being number two when I called the South Shore home as well.
I didnt love it any less. Babylon was great to me, as was WI and Patchogue.

Its gonna be OK pal...I promise.
; )

Have a great weekend

Facts are stubborn things when perception is reality.

So you again are telling me that your opinion is fact. You can't make this stuff up. I'm screenshotting this thread because I honestly never thought I would meet an adult who does not know the difference between facts and opinions.

You keep talking about the "majority opinion" but that's not what I have been talking about.

Bottom line is - your or anybody elses opinion does not make something true or factual.
