Default BB gun laws anf regulations and NYC
Hello,
I have a speech next week and I would like to bring a BB gun to class as it would relate to my speech topic as a visual aid. I know I would have to acquire the school's approval but first I am trying to gather information on NYC laws on BB guns. I live in Long Island but go to school in the city. I want to make sure I am not breaking the law on my way there...in case I get caught

do not bring the BB gun anywere in NYC , it is a Violation under the administration code of NYC ...

b. Air pistols and air rifles; selling or possessing. 1. so many people there i would understand why they're so strict. It's still kinda silly to put such serious restrictions on toy guns! BB guns are just toys!
