Talking Need the name of an architect to leagalize a house ?
My parents live in Baldwin and over the years my father has done mor than his share of extensions w/o the proper permits. They need the name of someone to draw up plans so they are able to get c/o's for all of the work he did. Can anyone give me the name/s of a good person who will not rip them off and get this done in a timely fashion?
