BTW, it takes 50 minutes to get to work. I'd take the LIE but you never know when there will be an accident and Bald Hill sucks up my gas. I would take North Country except that wouldn't it take longer?

I've heard their crack isn't as good as the crack at the crack house on Chichester Road.

I recently moved up to RP from the South Shore and I have never been so happy.
The people are great and I am proud to say I live here. I feel like it is like living in the 1950's. Every store I go into I am greeted with a smile.

As am I.

Welcome to Mayberry.

It's really is a great little town.

Get involved with the Civic Association, the Beach Clubs, etc.

Theres some really great stuff on deck for Rocky Point.
Having the only Downtown between Port Jefferson and Rivehead is a great spot to be in right now.

Stay tuned!

Totally off-topic but no, it's NOT illegal to rent out single family homes. If you want to pursue this further, just start a new thread
