Don't worry, I'm sure NCPD would have denied that he may need a firearm for a situation like that after he waited 14-20 months on his permit application.

Sorry but this is what happens when people commute 80-100 miles a day sometimes. PLAN AHEAD! You should have had minimally 7 days worth of supplies, and if you are going back and forth that includes gas.

Get a grip, if LIPA had the magic wand they would wave it and everthing would work...well they don't

When Isabell destroyed half the power lines in central Virginia we waited in the dark, but they worked as fast as they can and we finally got power back. The heck with no gas we had no coffee because 7-11 had no power. .

Unless you have a Natural Gas Generator installed you will always run the risk of being without. Perhaps you should move off the island so next time it will be easier for you to travel and find whatever you need. I would like you to identify (1) town/city/municipality that has had the money to go back and place the lines underground, I don't think you can find one.

The difference.......
Spoiler
we pay five times more money for electricity

As much as we pay, our infrastructure could be built by NASA!!!

No one expects a miracle but Lipa should not be running short of workers with the money we pay. It's a scam , a disgrace, fraud!! Why u so obsessed with underground lines? All they needed is manpower. It's inexusable
