I think the lines have gotten much better in Nassau. I found several stations open on Merrick rd midday and only waited about 40 min.

Anyone know what the gas line is like at 6 AM when gas at BJ's in Farmingdale open??

The bathtub water isn't for drinking. it's used to flush toilets (to increase water pressure) and wash dishes.

I actually turned it on to move up. Probably wasted more gas that way right? I only had 1/4 tank when I got there.
