National Grid - the sign in is on the bottom right - use last month's bill to register if you need to.

for the record - LIPA has not made a decision regarding outage refunds of the daily charge (36 cents/day) due to Sandy... just called them .
I know this is just a few bucks for most of us (hopefully less than that)
You can call LIPA and they will log your request and it will be refunded if the decision passes /// fyi
