Does anyone have pictures from around Coram? I am a native who moved to California and I wonder how things have changed in 25 years.

Ducks leaving the Roslyn Duck Pond in Roslyn
(Gotta love the massive piece of yellow construction equipment in the background as they rebuild the viaduct)

When I was a wee lad I lived in Halesite for a minute, my father would take me to a state park that must have been close by. The park had a castle or fortress that kids could play on with cannons and stuff. I believe in was at or near a beach, as I vaguely remember the dunes....
Any ideas? What I would really love is a picture....
Much appreciation for all the pics of L.I.... Sometimes I just want to chuck it all and return to home.....maybe someday.
