Why does it bother you that someone would see your picture and save it? Personally i'd be flattered. And how would they misrepresent it as a pic they took for themself?  Where? Like they tell their wife they took the pic or something?  |

Actually its not that. I wouldn't mind if they made it their background. However, some people have copied other people's pictures and displayed it online passing it as their own (including someone who was putting up pics on a real estate web site). Basically its like you did the work on something and someone else takes it, passes it off on their own and ends up making money off of it. That is the part I mind. |

those pics are a couple years old... but they seem to have the white lights on the trees on main st. year round now... |
